About Our Grooming
Melbourne Pet Club School offers ample space for up to 12 students at a time in each of our courses. Our large, well-lit grooming classroom allows for a hydraulic table and independent workstation for each student. Your personal grooming kit contains the very best tools and equipment offered in the industry. Students are responsible for the sharpening of their tools and the maintenance of their equipment. There is a separate Kennel Room for the dogs to be kept as well as separate bathing and drying areas to make sure each pet can be individually fluffed and pampered. We are a non-smoking environment, though a smoking area is available. There is also a break room with a refrigerator and microwave for your use. Before deciding on a pet stylist career, each student must have unlimited patience and love for animals, be willing and able to work long and strenuous days, be in good health, and be able to accept criticism and learn from it. Pet grooming can be a respectable, rewarding, and enjoyable career.

Steve Arnold
Instructor & Manager
Steve Arnold has more than 35 years of experience as a professional pet stylist. He has worked for boarding kennels, veterinarian clinics, private grooming salons, and corporate-structured mega stores. He is a member of the International Society of Canine Cosmetologists and The National Dog Groomer's Association of Australia. He has successfully trained over 300 students to become professional pet stylists.
Denise Reed
Instructor & Director
Denise is a graduate of the Melbourne Pet Club Grooming School and former owner of 4 Paws Grooming Salon. She has more than 15 years of experience as a Professional Pet Stylist and more than 30 years of business experience. Denise is a member of the International Society of Canine Cosmetology and the National Dog Groomers Association of Australia.
Lynn Johnson
Stylist
Lynn is an expert pet groomer who earned her certification in Animal Studies and Professional Grooming & Pet Care. She loves and cares for the well-being of each and every pet. For Lynn, being a groomer isn't just a job. It's a passion and a privilege. She has always loved and cared for animals.
